This site collects very little. Here's exactly what we hold, why, and what you can do about it.

City Software Engineering (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for the personal data described below. We're a company registered in England & Wales (No. 16940102), with a registered office at 167–169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF. You can reach us about anything on this page at contact@citysoftwareengineering.com.
This is a brochure website. It has no accounts, no comments and no forms that submit to us. We only hold personal data when you choose to get in touch:
We use Calendly to schedule calls. Data you enter into the booking form is processed by Calendly on our behalf, and also by Calendly as a controller for its own purposes, under Calendly's privacy notice. Please read that notice for how Calendly handles your data; we use what you submit only to organise our call with you.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or third-party tracking. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain. Opening the booking page may set cookies controlled by Calendly — see their notice above.
We don't sell your data and we don't share it for marketing. The only third party involved in the activities above is Calendly (for bookings) and our email provider (for messages you send us). We may disclose data if the law requires it.
We keep enquiry emails and booking details only as long as needed for the conversation they relate to and any follow-up, then delete them when they're no longer needed. If a working relationship begins, related records are kept for as long as that relationship and our legal obligations require.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or restrict or object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, email contact@citysoftwareengineering.com and we'll respond within the time the law allows.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and the date above.
